1.       Avoid rubbing your eyes with dirty hands – 

 

Your hands are full of dirt, bacteria, and dust that can irritate your eyes and can cause infections.

 

2.       Protect your eyes from the sun’s UV rays – 

 

Sunlight and UV rays can lead to macular degeneration, cornea sunburn, and photokeratitis.
